It seems that the /source switch is not supported for /enable-feature, although there are samples in MSDN for that (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh824822.aspx). Therefore, I also tried

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth /source:e: /limitaccess

but that completed without any error and without fixing anything.
