In June I'll move back to California, and I'm wondering if any of you have had experience with Jim Schmitz and Sports Palace, or Juggernaut Training Systems Online Coaching, or both, and if you have any thoughts on which is preferable. I've seen a lot of Juggernaut's online content and podcasts, and I know they're among the best weightlifting-minds in the country, but I also think there's something to be said for in-person coaching, and Schmitz is also a prolific coach. My home is roughly 30 minutes from Sports Palace and 45 minutes from Max's Gym, though I understand Max Aita splits his team between that and Juggernaut.
