Diablo 2 Best Character Class
There are three characters in Diablo, the Rogue, Sorcerer, and Warrior, and three more were added in the Hellfire expansion pack, the Monk, Bard, and Barbarian. This page provides basic information about the characters. In Diablo 2, there are 7 different character classes, each with its own skill-set, lore and class-specific items.Also, each class has different skill trees in its arsenal. The skills that are in the same tree often synergize with each other, encouraging the player to focus mostly on one specific skill tab. Choosing Your Class In Diablo III, you play one of six different hero classes. Each hero is different in appearance, style, powers, and abilities, so choosing your class is much more than a cosmetic decision. Character Classes[edit]
Although both new character classes are fine, playable characters, I highly, highly, highly recommend playing the Druid. It combines many of the best abilities of all the other classes without the penalties associated with them. In fact, the Druid's been so powerful, Blizzard's downgraded some of his abilities in recent revisions. I won't rave about the Druid so much here, but if you're looking to try out a new character, you can't go wrong with the Druid.
A. The Assassin
This class is a good, solid melee character with a few twists. For the most part, if you concentrate in her Martial Arts and Shadow Disciplines, you're good. The traps are OK abilities, but they require too much thought in high-combat situations to do you any good in a single-player situation. Not recommended unless you're just creating a multiplayer character.
SUGGESTED DEVELOPMENT: For some, traps are a good way to start, and can be handy in a tight situation, but in general, you've got way too many choices to effectively distribute skill points. Play with them later if you want, but it's easier to use a hireling or a shadow or yourself for ranged or distance attacks.
EARLY DEVELOPMENT: Spend a few points on Tiger Strike and a point or two on Dragon Talon. This is a good, solid charge-up/finishing combo that will help you out in some of the tighter situations. Since you're going to be low on mana power for a while, see if you can get some charms that add points to mana. Also spend a point or so on Claw Mastery to give you better attack capabilities. Also, for the most part, use two claw weapons as your primary weapons set, and leave your second weapons set for ranged or a weapon/shield combo.
MIDDLE DEVELOPMENT: By the second quest or so, you should be in your mid-teens, and that means you should upgrade your charge-up skill to something like Cobra Strike -- the life and mana stealing comes in very handy. Put a point into Dragon Claw just to activate it on your way to Dragon Tail. Put a couple points into Weapon Block for shielding purposes, and start making your way to Fade.
ADVANCED DEVELOPMENT: By the time you get to level 25 or so, you should be in good shape. Although there are many more choices (none of them are really wrong), you might want to think about putting a few more points into Claw Mastery and Weapon Block, work your way up to Shadow Warrior, and move your way up the skill tree towards the Phoenix Strike. Also, if you've got spare points, start working up your way for some traps. The number of enemies and their toughness should begin to outstrip your melee capabilities, so you'll want to go for group destruction traps. Sentry weapons are good choices.

COMMENTS: For the most part, you can avoid the enhancement skills like Burst of Speed and others. Too complicated to use. Also, don't rush to go up the Finishing move route. The charge-up skills are cooler and provide better effects, for the most part.
B. The Druid
Out of all the classes to play in Lord of Destruction, no one class is as fun to play as the Druid. He combines the best aspects of the Paladin, Necromancer, Sorceress, and Assassin to create a class much greater than the sum of its parts. Why is he so good? Well, unlike many of the other classes' spells and skills, just about everything of his operates on percentages instead of set amounts of damage. This means that the better the Druid's skills, the more enhancement he gets per every level, every magic item, every charm, etc. Plus, he's got a pretty clear upgrade path, unlike the Assassin, so he's much easier to play. In general, once you're a few levels down, you'll never, ever be in danger of dying. Period.
SUGGESTED DEVELOPMENT: If you want to go crazy, go ahead and try anything, but for the moment, forget about Elemental spells -- they're good spells and all, but since you'll be trying your best to remain in Werewolf mode the entire time, any skill points you put in Elemental spells will be useless. EARLY DEVELOPMENT: Put some points into Werewolf and Lycanthropy, posthaste. They up your attack speed, rating, and duration of Werewolf form. Bulk up with some charms, and save up skill points for your first summon spells. As soon as you get six extra skill points, spend one on Ravens, and five on Spirit Wolves, which is the maximum number you can get at one time. After that, always summon your wolves before leaving a safe area, recharge at the local refresher NPC, and transform into a werewolf upon entering hostile territory.
MIDDLE DEVELOPMENT: There are a lot of paths to take here, and none of them bad. Definitely spend a point on Feral Rage for life-stealing and increased attack ratings, and turn that into your left-click attack. Then, it's up to you whether you want to go Vines or Spirits next. The advantage of Vines is that they either poison enemies or give you back mana. Unfortunately, they're pretty weak in the beginning and only serve as decent support units. Spirits, on the other hand, don't have any direct attack or defense capabilities, but they act as Paladin-style auras for devastating effect. Also, you'll need to spend points in Oak Sage anyways if you want to be able to summon Dire Wolves. So, spend two points in Oak Sage, one point in Dire Wolves, and at least one point in Spirit of the Wolverine, and then add two more points to Dire Wolves to max out their number, too. Since wolf/bear bonuses are cumulative, and Spirit of the Wolverine increases Attack Rating by a percentage, once you've summoned the Dire Wolves, a Wolverine, and become a Werewolf, you're unstoppable well into the second act.
ADVANCED DEVELOPMENT: In the later levels, work on getting to either the Solar Creeper or Carrion Vine (depending on if you're a spellcaster or a melee fighter), and the Spirit of Barbs -- damage reflection is incredibly handy. Spend a point on the Grizzly if you want, but keep using the Dire Wolves. You just need the damage bonus, that's all.
More importantly -- do you want to be a Werebear? Ummm…if you want to. The Werebear doesn't attack nearly as fast as a Werewolf, but he's darn powerful, and you'll probably want to play with Hunger, sooner or later. However, Feral Rage is pretty good for a long time, and you may just want to wait for Fury.
Finally, start working your way up the elemental ladder. There are way too many enemies to want to fight all of them individually, so it's time to start getting tough with group and distance spells. Rack up a few points and get to Volcano or Twister as soon as possible. They do lots of damage for good distances.

COMMENTS: Like I said, you have to try really hard to mess up a Druid. Stay away from the Elemental spells until much later, use wereforms a lot, and take maximum advantage of your summoned creatures. Have fun!
